He is one of the founders and team leader of Light the world church [the worship house], the president of Mercy Child Care Ministries, a singer, song writer and vision bearer of worship night.

The main preacher and visionary of Light the World Church,
Wilson didn’t always feel destined to be a pastor. In fact, it was his passion for music and interest in socializing that led him to attend school fellowships. But quickly, God began to change him. Wilson came from the streets. Orphaned at a young age and forced to fend for himself on the streets of Kampala, it was by God’s grace and the kindness of a stranger that Wilson was taken into a home and then sent to school. Shortly after arriving at school, Wilson met Wilfred and Philip (both pastors at Light the World Church) who told him of Jesus’ love and the good news. He was deeply affected, and with time he grew deeper and stronger in his faith. Initially, God called on Wilson to reach out to lost souls. Shortly thereafter, when Wilson was just 17, He called on him to start a church. Wilson answered this call obediently by enlisting the help of his friends. Wilson’s Spirit-led vision for Light the World Ministries has taken the church to increasing levels of success within the community of Nansana and throughout Uganda. God has called Light the World Church to carry the banner of worship to all of Uganda. In the near future, Wilson sees Light the World Church as being a blessing to people around the world
